Adele is highly experienced in delivering change programmes for complex organisations, driving results through effective stakeholder engagement communication and training. Adele provides excellent hands-on communication advice and manages details of communication plans to ensure everything is delivered on time. 

Adele’s recent projects include supporting a leading global service provider, to drive adoption and business readiness for the implementation of a new time recording system. She also led the communications delivery for Social and Economic Development initiatives at a global mining company.

Adele has APMG International qualifications: Agile Change Agent, Change Management Foundation and Change Management Practitioner.
