About the Founder
Jane is the Founder and Director of Purple Change. She leads a team of highly experienced associates, working with executive teams to devise and implement transformational change programmes that deliver tangible business objectives.
With an MSc in Organisational Psychology and over 20 years’ experience of working in a cross-section of industries, from large global organisations to rapidly growing small to mid-sized businesses, Jane has honed an approach that focuses on the people in an organisation. She is currently working towards a PhD, deepening her research and expertise in organisational change and human behaviour. Jane recently received the ‘Best Developmental Paper Award’ in the Organisational Transformation, Change and Development Track, recognising her commitment and contribution to the field.
Jane understands the challenges of achieving change that ‘sticks’ and truly transforms an organisation. Her blend of empathetic facilitation, coaching and consulting combined with a personal and ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving ensures leaders and their teams are fully equipped to deliver effective change.
Under Jane’s leadership, Purple Change uses a toolkit of skills developed over two decades to devise and deliver bespoke programmes for every client.
